- 100 g melted butter
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g melted white chocolate
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 22 cm removable mold.
- Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter. Line the base of the mold and compact well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and lump-free.
- Add the tempered melted white chocolate and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time at low speed to prevent excess air.
- Pour the mixture over the base and smooth the surface.
- Bake in a bain-marie (place the mold in a tray with hot water) for 45-55 minutes, until the center is almost firm (slight shaking).
- Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside with the door ajar for 1 hour to prevent cracks.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Carefully unmold and serve with red fruit coulis or lemon zest for contrast.
