Preparation

  1. Place the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Add the tea bags and remove them after a couple of minutes
  3. Add the brown sugar and salt, and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk and whole milk.
  6. Carefully mix the tea with the milk mixture and place in a shaker.
  7. Continue shaking vigorously and 'tossing' the mixture between two glasses until a creamy foam forms.
