- 240ml water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1/960 ml brown sugar
- 1/480 ml evaporated milk
- 1/480 ml whole milk
- 1 pinch salt
How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Place the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Add the tea bags and remove them after a couple of minutes
- Add the brown sugar and salt, and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk and whole milk.
- Carefully mix the tea with the milk mixture and place in a shaker.
- Continue shaking vigorously and 'tossing' the mixture between two glasses until a creamy foam forms.
