How to prepare it step by step?

Preparation

  1. Mix powdered sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the cilantro and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through, ensuring they remain juicy.
  4. Add the green chili and crushed garlic, sautéing for 1 minute to release their aromas.
  5. In another skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté the scallions and red pepper for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Add the water chestnuts and bean sprouts to the skillet, mixing until the sprouts wilt slightly.
  7. Combine the prawns and vegetables, adding the soy sauce and the sugar-lime-fish sauce mixture. Toss everything together, ensuring the shrimp and vegetables are well coated.
