  • 150 grams of butter, melted
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla essence
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1/10 ml of salt
  • 100 grams of melted dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 400 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 200 milliliters of whole milk
  • 1 sachet of instant chocolate pudding

How to prepare it step by step?

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.
  2. For the chocolate cake, beat the butter with the brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
  3. Add vanilla essence, melted chocolate, baking powder and salt. Finally, add the wheat flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  4. Pour the cake mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  5. For the pudding, in a large bowl, mix the condensed milk with the whole milk and the chocolate pudding envelope until well combined.
  6. Carefully pour the pudding mixture over the cake batter, without mixing the two.
  7. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it in a double boiler in the oven.
  8. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the pudding comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding.
  10. Unmold and serve cold.
