- 450 g de tofu
- 100 g of minced meat
- 3 ml sesame seed oil
- 7.5 ml de Doubanjiang
- 2.5 ml fermented black beans
- 15 ml pepper
- 2.5 ml of salt
- 2.5 ml Sichuan pepper
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 800 ml of water
- 40 ml olive oil
- 2 chopped chives
- 4 chives
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 ginger sliced
- 15 ml cornstarch
How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Add a pinch of salt and sesame oil to the minced meat. Mix well and reserve.
- Mix 2 and ½ tablespoons of water in a small bowl to make water starch.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and scallions to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the Doubanjiang, fermented black beans, and Sichuan pepper, cooking for one minute until fragrant.
- Add the water and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, cooking until it reaches a glossy consistency.
- Add the minced meat and boil for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Gently add the tofu and soy sauce, cooking for 2 minutes until heated through.
- Finish with the chopped fresh scallions and serve immediately.
