- 100 ml hot water
- 150 g minced pork or chicken
- 50 g finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger

How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour and hot water until it forms a soft and elastic dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix the meat, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous filling.
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut circles 7–8 cm in diameter.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal, forming half moons.
- Steam for 10–12 minutes, or boil in water until they float, or fry in a pan with a little oil until golden.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or chili vinegar.
- Tip: To prevent sticking, sprinkle a little flour on the surface when rolling out the dough.
