- Chopped fresh parsley to decorate

- Add the onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the rice, raisins, almonds, and saffron, mixing well to ensure even distribution of spices.
- Pour in the broth, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, pour the lemon juice, and garnish with parsley before serving.
