What does it include?

- 1/2 bag of rice noodles
- 200 g bean sprouts
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 small lettuces
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 sirloins of 175 g
- 1 red chili sliced
- A handful of mint leaves
How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Place the noodles and bean sprouts in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them rest 4 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool under cold running water, then drain again.
- Mix the lime zest and juice with the fish sauce and sugar. Add the noodles, red onion, and lettuce, and toss to combine.
- For the meat, heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the minced pork with grated ginger and cayenne pepper for 10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Stir in the noodles.
- For the sirloin, heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and pour the sesame seeds on a plate. Rub the tenderloins with oil and press on the seeds. Fry for 5 minutes per side over medium heat until golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly.
- Mix the red chili and mint leaves with the noodles and place the sirloin slices on top to serve.
