- 45 ml rice vinegar
- 15 ml sugar
- 1/10 ml sal
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 200 grams fresh tuna, sliced

- Black sesame to decorate
How to prepare it step by step?
Preparation
- Wash the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
- Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl, heat slightly until the sugar dissolves, and let cool.
- Rub the cooked rice with the vinegar mixture while it is still hot, then let it cool completely.
- Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat, spread a layer of rice on the bottom.
- Add slices of avocado and tuna to the center of the rice.
- Roll the sushi with the help of the sushi mat, pressing gently to form a firm roll.
- Cut the roll into 6-8 equal pieces and repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice over each piece of sushi and decorate with black sesame seeds.
